CS Design Studios Gears up for their Annual Client Appreciation Event
In December of 2016, in a galaxy not so far away, CS Design Studios hosted an annual Client Appreciation Event and is gearing up to do it all over again.
Last December, CS Design Studios rented an auditorium at Roadhouse Cinemas, Tucson’s dine-in movie theatre, for a premiere week showing of Star Wars: Rogue One. We invited our clients and their families to attend this event, complete with limo service and a red carpet gala event, to benefit the charity Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson.
The pre-event included a Hasbro photo stand, members of the 501st Legion (the officially licensed cosplayers of George Lucas’ Star Wars films), Force FX lightsabers, and representatives from Google to complete the red carpet experience. To open festivities before the screening, CS Design Studios premiered our self-produced Star Wars inspired fan film, and unveiled, for the first time to the public, the redesigned CS Design Studios logo. Then it was time for the main event: A private screening of Star Wars: Rogue One. 12% of all ticket and dining sales, from all the Roadhouse auditoriums showing at the time of our event, were donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson.
Afterwards, guests were invited back to the CS Design Studios office for a champagne and dessert mixer catered by Cafe Poca Cosa. We enjoyed the opportunity to connect, and the Google representatives then presented on the benefits of a client base working with a certified Google Partner like CS Design Studios. In the end, we were able to share with our clients the appreciation they deserve, and Big Brothers Big Sisters received over $10,000 donated services, with hundreds more donated from the Roadhouse Cinemas.
This December, CS Design Studios is ready to do it all again with a premiere week, private showing of the 2017 Star Wars: The Last Jedi. We are again partnering with Roadhouse Cinemas to bring this special viewing experience to our clients and celebrate all the hard work done every year to benefit the greater Tucson community.
