Wyatt Chambers is an Arizona-based entrepreneur, author, speaker, podcaster, and marketing leader known for building growth-focused companies and helping service businesses scale through values-based leadership, AI adoption, and digital strategy.

As Founder and CEO of CS Design Studios, Wyatt built a full-scale digital marketing agency from the ground up after beginning his career as an eCommerce Consultant at UPS in 2008. His work later expanded into the pest control industry, where he launched SWARM Pest Control Marketing in 2023 to provide AI-enhanced marketing services for multi-million-dollar pest control companies across the United States.

Wyatt brings an uncommon operator perspective to his work because he also co-owns four pest control companies, giving him direct insight into the business challenges his clients face. That mix of agency leadership, operational experience, and industry specialization has made him a recognized voice in digital marketing, local growth strategy, and niche business development.

Beyond his companies, Wyatt is a published author on Amazon, a speaker and podcaster, a Vistage Ambassador, and a Fractional CMO for multiple organizations. He also serves as President of the Executive Referral Club and as a board member for Rose Academies in Tucson, reflecting a strong commitment to leadership and community involvement.

His published work includes Digital Marketing for Pest Control Companies: The Tangled Web, co-authored with Shawn Campbell, as well as AI Survival Guide for Pest Control Owners, co-authored with Paul Kleen and Chris Burg. Through these books, his podcast, and public speaking, Wyatt shares practical, no-fluff guidance on marketing, leadership, AI, and business growth.

Wyatt’s experience spans more than 18 years in business, and his work has earned recognition including the 2022 BBB Torch Award, Horizon Interactive Award recognition, and Google Partner status. He is also the founder of the SWARM Mastermind, a national community built to connect pest control operators with strategies, systems, and peers that support scalable growth.
